Design Process

Step 1 - Consultation & Brainstorming
This is where the process becomes a fun collaboration between myself and the couple to create something truly special and unique.  We will discuss your personal tastes and religious backgrounds as well as places, activities, images and any poetic phrases or song lyrics that hold special meaning to you. We will discuss texts, colors that will look best in your home, size and layout, fonts, any images from personal photos you wish to incorporate and the overall vision for your Ketubah.  Either during or shortly after the consultation I will provide some very rough layout ideas.

Step 2 - Sketch and Edits
Once you have decided on a design, I will collect 50% of the fee and then begin sketching your Ketubah, giving you an opportunity to make modifications till you're 100% satisfied.

Step 3 - Painting your Ketubah
Once you are 100% satisfied with the sketch, I will begin painting your Ketubah.


Step 4 - Delivery 

The remaining 50% of the fee will be collected upon completion and mailing of your ketubah. I insure all Ketubot during shipping. Should one arrive damaged, please send me photos of the damaged Ketubah and I will paint and send out another at no cost.
